Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa is a celebrity dance reality show that has won the hearts of viewers since its inception. However, due to unknown reasons, the show took a hiatus in the meantime and after a hiatus of five long years, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa is back with its tenth season. This season boasts of top-notch actors from the television industry with a panel of esteemed judges – Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and Nora Fatehi with executive Maniesh Paul as the host. Ali Askar and Mr. Faisu are also confirmed contestants.
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 is tentatively scheduled to release in the first week of September.

The shooting of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 has already started and the judges, hosts were seen flaunting their stylish outfits as they posed on the sets. The format of the show is such that each celebrity will have an assigned choreographer when performing on stage. Ever since the news of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10’s came out, several names from the TV fraternity have been doing the rounds. From cricketers, chefs to actors – celebrities from various walks of life. However, there are a few confirmed names.

Paras Kalnawat left his show Anupamaa behind to participate in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 as he felt it was a better platform for him to showcase his dancing skills. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Paras said, “I just want to say that I am very excited about this journey.
I have decided something about my journey for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 10. In the first episode, I am going to open up about my feelings about my journey so far and a lot of other things. I just want the audience to see the first episode to get to know me better. There are a lot of questions that come up and I’ll answer them and talk about my opportunities and journey in the first episode itself.”

Dheeraj Dhoopar
Dheeraj Dhoopar, who will be seen in Sherdil Shergil opposite Surbhi Chandna on the same channel, is excited about his participation in this reality show. He exclusively told Pinkvilla: “14 years in the industry and this will be my first ever reality show. It’s my first step to new beginnings.”
Nia Sharma
Nia Sharma is one of the fittest actors in the television industry and she is looking forward to her journey in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. She also recently shared pictures of her getting bruised on her legs during the rehearsal. Nia was earlier seen in Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi in 2020 and came out a winner.
Shilpa Shinde
Best remembered as Angoori bhabhi from the sitcom Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, Shilpa Shinde, who is a non-dancer, will be experimenting with this genre for her fans as well. In a statement, she said, “Bigg Boss has been a milestone in my career and I hope Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa will be a great experience for me as well. I am really excited to be associated with Colors again. My fans have been eagerly waiting for my return to television after my stint in Bigg Boss and they are the reason I am doing this show.
