The mysterious death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR) has yet to find its conclusion. The actor was found dead on his Bandra block on June 14, 2020, leaving behind family, friends and a sea of fandom still seeking justice for his untimely death. Many hypotheses and conspiracy theories about his tragic end have been circulating on the Internet.
In a new interview with India News, SSR’s sister Priyanka Singh blamed Rhea Chakraborty. She said: “From 2019, his life started to go sour when Rhea Chakraborty came into his life. For the first time, there were issues between me and my brother. Within six days, it all happened.” When asked if she suspected Rhea was planted in her brother’s life, she joked, “Ji, of course.”
Priyanka also claimed in the same interview that since Rhea was planted in 2019’s Life of SSR, trouble began. She said that problems started between her (Priyanka) and Sushant which was not before. She also said Rhea could have been in Sushant’s life on purpose and that Bollywood could play a role in her death, and interviewed people in the industry who have defended the actress’ media lawsuit.
Sushant was dating Rhea at the time of her death. NCB began investigating alleged drug use in parts of Bollywood following the sudden death of the late actor. In 2020, the NCB had arrested Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty in a drug case linked to the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress has been held in Byculla prison in Mumbai for over a month. The NCB had registered two drug cases in August last year in connection with Sushant’s death. The NCB arrested Sushant’s partner and girlfriend Rhea and her brother Showik in connection with the case, along with several other people in September last year. You are currently out on bail.
NCB CHARGES RHEA FOR SOURCING GANJA
The NCB claimed in its draft indictment in the drug case in the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput that actor Rhea Chakraborty received multiple shipments of ganja from co -accused, including his brother Showik, and that they were handed over to Rajput. The Central Drug Enforcement Agency filed the draft indictment against 35 defendants with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) Special Court last month, details of which have been released on tuesday.
