Salman Khan fans have every reason to grin from ear to ear. After all, the superstar has some interesting movies in the works that are being touted as a treat for fans. Salman is currently filming for the much-discussed Tiger 3, which is now said to be in its final stages. And now, according to a recent update, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor is set to start filming his upcoming project Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali from next month. The film is set to hit theaters in Mumbai on April 1, according to a report in Mid Day.
Media also reported that while Salman will take part in filming the same week, he will begin his opening sequence, which will include a helicopter chase. “The first sequence is a massive action game that the stuntmen were called in for. It will be filmed at Film City Heliport, Goregaon,” a quoted source said. It is reported that Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali will be a fancy action drama starring Salman as an older brother.
Source went on to say that the team would like to finish filming the action scenes before starting the emotional scenes. “The scope of the film will be much lusher compared to Salman and Sajid’s last collaboration, Kick [2014]”, The source added. Besides Salman, Pooja Hegde will also star in this Farhad Samji repertoire. Meanwhile, Pinkvilla had learned exclusively that the makers of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali are planning to release the film on December 30 this year.
