Ranveer Singh says he is showing gratitude to the women in his life-his mother, sister, and wife actress Deepika Padukon through his upcoming movie ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’.
he says” whatever I am today, I am because of a woman in my life I have been supported by .very strong feminine forces energies right from my childhood throughout my life. I wouldn’t call them my support system they are the Centre of my universe, they are my very spirit they are my every source of energy and power, and so to be a part of the movie that pays tribute to the women in my life is very special to me”
he further added” my mom means everything to me, my sister is like a second mother and my wife is the wind beneath my wings and even my team is constituted my most women, they are the reason behind what I can do right now, so more than anyone else I want them to see the film and experience it.
Ranveer feels he is so happy that he got this opportunity where he could” through my art, express all the gratitude to all the women in my life for making who I am”

Ranveer Singh’s latest movie Jayeshbhai Jordaar launched its trailer on 20th April Wednesday
Ranveer Singh‘s portrayal in the movie is something that we have not seen him doing so far. He is a Gujarati man on the run with his pregnant wife( Shalini Pandey) with two. The reason behind this run is, that Jayeshbhai’s (Ranveer Singh) father, also he is the sarpanch of the village played by Bhoomi Irani, and he demands a male heir and prospective future Sarpanch from him. But Jayeshbhai’s had his first child as a daughter and now when her wife is again pregnant it’s again a girl
The movie is a fun ride with a bold and loud social message. It is also a debut in Bollywood film industry for Shalini Pandey.
Ranveer Singh promised that his role in the movie is something very different and not seen by anyone, but still, netizens are saying that they still have some resemblance with television actors, let’s see how the audience reacts to the film on the big screen.

The trailer of the film starts with a hilarious scene, where a teen girl is complaining sarpanch about drunk men teasing girls on the road and asks for the ban of alcohol in the village, the solution which the sarpanch gave, is that instead of banning alcohol the fragrant soap should be banned, as the girl’s fragrance due to soap, attracts men and provokes them to do so.
This clearly shows his unacceptance for the girl child and after knowing that he is having two granddaughters and not even one grandson pisses him off and he demands abortion, while Jayesh Bhai takes his pregnant wife and daughter and runs away from home to save her wife from abortion.
The rest of the film seems like a chase sequence where Ranveer is trying to save her family and unborn child.
Ranveer Singh’s role in the movie shows that being from such a milieu, he still shows a progressive man who does not have the same ideology as his father.
