The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday, May 9, 2022 arrested Guddu Pathan, close underworld associate Don Dawood Ibrahim, in raids at several locations in Mumbai.
Earlier today, the NIA arrested mobster aide Chhota Shakeel Salim Qureshi aka Salim Fruit and an administrator of Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai after raiding fugitive underworld associates Don Dawood Ibrahim in more than 20 locations here and in the adjacent Thane district, an official said. The NIA picked up Salim Qureshi, the husband of Chhota Shakeel’s sister-in-law, from his residence in Bhendi Bazaar district, south Mumbai, he said.
