Gyanvapi Masjid And Kashi Vishwanath case 2022, Following Gyanvapi’s verdict demanding a poll report by May 17, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) said the “truth” would soon be revealed. Parishad appealed to the mosque side with a request to assist in the implementation of the court decision. VHP National Spokesperson Vinod Bansal should now hope that the truth will come to light within five days after the poll is complete. All parties should cooperate without objecting to this,” he said.
Ravi Kumar Diwakar, a senior civil judge, also heard issues related to the opening of two basements in the mosque complex for video recording, but after hearing discussions from both sides, the verdict was decided.
The Gyanvapi Mosque Management Committee has called for the replacement of Ajay kumar mishra, the official of the court in charge of the investigation, claiming to be unfair.
Vishal Singh, a newly appointed advocate commissioner, states that court orders will be complied with. “We must complete the investigation and submit a report by May 17,” said the Attorney General. The court today appointed two other lawyers, in addition to Ajay Kumar Mishra.
Maulana Sufiyan Nizami states that both sides must work together to ensure that disputes do not escalate outside the court and to properly comply with all orders from the court.
In the verdict, the court also questioned the ward office as to why adequate security was not provided to the research team. The court also stated that Muslims tried to prevent the team from conducting an investigation.
If they go into the basement, they’ll have perfect evidence that the temple exists, Subramanian Swami said.
Court has strictly ordered that no one will interrupt the inspection and the videography is also allowed inside the Masjid.

Speaking of the Gyanvapi Mosque verdict, Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi said the BJP’s slogan was already “Ayodhya to Jaanki hai, Mathura-Kashi baaki hai”. He says this is a glimpse into these debates in Gyanvapi Masjid. “Attempts are being made to polarize sites built by Muslims such as Gyanavapi, Qutub Minar and Taj Mahal.“
Surendra Rajput a Congress Leader said court orders must be followed even if the injured party does not consent. He says they have an opportunity to appeal to the High Court. “But the responsibility for enforcing court orders rests with the government,” adds Rajput.
Asaduddin Owaisi, president of All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), said on Thursday that the Varanasi court’s ruling in Gyanvapi Masjid v. Shringar Gauri was “an obvious violation” of the 1991 Place of Worship Act.
Owaisi also said the court’s decision also violated the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Babri Masjid ownership dispute.
