Noida: Bhavya roy found abusing the guard and got arrested for the same.
Noida : Bhavya Roy is a lawyer by profession. Practice in Delhi’s Saket Court. Bhavya had transferred to Noida’s Wishtown Society three months before the incident. Bhavya was arrested on August 21 in a case of misbehaving with a company guard. The court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days, after which he appealed for release on bail. Bhavya Roy, who abused the guards at JP Wishtown Society of Noida, was released from jail on Thursday evening around 9 pm. After being released from jail, Aaj Tak wanted to know about the incident from Bhavya, but she left without saying anything to her family members.

Chief Justice Richa Upadhyay on Wednesday granted bail to Bhavya after granting two sureties of Rs 50,000 each. The release paper did not reach Luksar Jail due to which he could not get release. Kagaz reached the jail late on Thursday night after which the jail authorities released Bhavya after verification.

Bhavya moved into a rented house in JP Wishtown Society located in Sector 128, Noida three months ago. On the evening of August 20, Bhavya was leaving the company in her car. The guard was writing down the number of vehicles at the gate. Bhavya’s car was behind due to which she was running late. Bhavya got angry with the guard for this and started abusing her. Bhavya was drunk at the time of the incident.

On 21 August, Bhavya was arrested by the police after the video surfaced. IPC Section 153-A (offence committed in place of worship etc.), IPC Section 323 (intentional bodily harm), IPC Section 504 (intentionally insulting any person with intent to incite him), IPC v. Bhavya A case was registered under Section 505( 2) (causing enmity between different communities), Section 506 (threatening someone) IPC.
