Lock up day 58 Ali merchants get locked out and share some interesting insights
Lock Upp contestant Ali Merchant got evicted; In the latest episode of the OTT show Lock up Judgmental janta ,which aired on 24th April on Alt Balaji, Ali Merchant ;one of the contestants of the show was evicted from jail. Kangana Ranaut the host of the show said that he wasn’t contributing much to the show and the audience wasn’t getting engaged with him
In the last week’s eviction, Ali was saved by the audience and got more than 70 thousand votes, beating Karanvir Bohra and Payal Rahotgi, the opposite contestant Karanvir Bohra got the least vote and was evicted from the house. Kangana encouraged all the contestants that they should give their best, as the audiences are watching them and they will only make someone well deserve and is passionate contestants to win the title.
Who is Ali merchant?
Ali merchant is a celebrity and an actor, he has done more than 35 television shows till now, including fiction and non-fiction shows and currently he’s name is in the most famous DJ’s list in the country.
He was also part a of one more reality show ‘Big boss’ season 4,During the show the Ali and Sara Khan(contestant) tied their knots in the presence of big boss co-contestant as their family member.
Unfortunately their marriage lasted only for two months, his ex-wife Sara Khan accused him for cheating and lying to her outside the house.
After coming out of the jail in a interview he said “The only person who is playing sincerely and from his heart is Munawar Frauqui and I wish he will”

This show is a theme-based show, where India’s most ‘controversial’ celebrities are locked up in jail for months. and Kangana and her jailors keep an eye on their every move. The contestants are Munawar Farooqui, Poonam Pandey, Anjali Arora, Karanvir Bohra, Shivam Sharma, Saisha Shinde, and Payal Rohatgi. After locking out 4 contestants out of the show Kangana introduced new wild card entries Ali Merchant, and Azuma Fallah.
Show is directed by Ekta kapoor, which is currently streaming on Alt Balaji and Mx player becomes the most watched reality show till date. Show telecasted their first episode on February 27,2022.Show broke so many records of the OTT and became no.1 show in the country.Lock has crosses more millions views and is setting the bar more high and high.
