Korea open 2022: The disappointing outcome from both the star players.
The nation opens 2022 badminton championship: Two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu faces defeat in the semi-finals against An Seyoung of south Korea by 14-21, 17-21 in 48 minutes.
Sindhu tried to step up the pace but An Seyoung displayed a wide array of shots to always stay a step ahead. The Indian got a few points with her smashes but she couldn’t put pressure on the Korean. An Seyoung displayed her prime form from the start of the match.

Kidambi Srikanth and Jonatan Christie had an amazing game and Jonatan Christie of Indonesia had won the match by 19-21, 16-21 battle that lasted 50 minutes.
The 24-year-old Indonesian defeated Srikanth 18-21, 21-7, 21-13 in the Swiss Open semi-final on March 26.
Srikanth has the lead by 11-8 at the interval of the first game. However, he could not maintain the lead and Christie raised his level of play to claim the opening game 21-19.
