As reported, Liotta died asleep in the Dominican Republic while filming Dangerous Waters. He is survived by his daughter Karsen and fiancée Jacy Nittolo. His other major films include Rat Pack, Unforgettable, Cop Land, and Phoenix. He has also appeared on TV shows such as ER, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Casablanca, among others.
Some of his most recent screen appearances include Alan Taylor’s The Many Saints of Newark, the crime-loving artist No Sudden Move, and the Apple TV + Black Bird series.

Lorraine Bracco, a former actor at GoodFellas, had great respect for him. “I am very sad to hear this bad news about my Ray,” he wrote on Twitter. “I could be anywhere in the world and people would come up and tell me their favorite movie GoodFellas. Then they would always ask what the best part was making that movie. My response has always been the same … Ray Liotta.”
Josh Brolin took to Instagram and shared a picture of the actor, next to him who wrote, “My Buddy. My friend. So Soon? Why? I’ll Remember You. to you – the work was always very good, but the man who always stood out among them all. Yes, I will miss you, friend. Till we meet again., wherever they say. ”
Jamie Lee Curtis wrote on Twitter, “Ray Liotta is dead. His work as an actor has shown his complexity as a man. A gentle man. Sad to hear.”
Jeffrey Wright also wrote a heartfelt note, “Ray Liotta. Man. He just met the dude for the first time last year. THE GREAT Actor,” he wrote on Twitter.
