The incident in Jharkhand’s Deoghar came to an end on Tuesday after more than 40 people were evacuated and three people died in the crash.
Throughout the noise, a man identified as Panna Lal is hailed as a hero for rescuing passengers trapped in cable cars on the ground floor. According to Panna Lal, who works as a provider at Damodar ropeway, the incident happened around 4.30pm on Sunday and none of the managers were present at the scene.
The incident happened after a ditch broke. The trailer was severely damaged, after which the cart stopped short. It was then that he decided to rescue passengers trapped in cable cars on the ground floor.
Meanwhile, Panna Lal’s family is shocked to learn of her good Samaritan act. He is hailed as a hero and compliments have begun to fill every corner.
SOMEONE FALLS INTO IAF CHOPPER
A video on Monday showed a man crashing into an Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter. The man seemed to be holding a rope hanging from the chopper. However, as he was about to be dragged, he slipped and died.
The thrilling scenes depicting the agitated people inside the caravans that hung in the air behind a steep cliff overlooking a dense jungle. Helicopters flew overhead, roaming the people trapped in the gondolas at night, after the accident.
A woman tied to a chair jumped out of a rope hanging from one of the cable cars, while the little girl ran in the same direction.
Everything seemed to be going well until the man who was being towed by helicopter began to swing dangerously, apparently losing his grip, the only way he could survive.
Just seconds before he was airlifted, he lost control of his life and plunged into hundreds of feet in the valley.
DEOGARH ROPEWAY EVENT
The incident happened at the highest level of the Rewewan Jarkhand in Trikut, Deoghar on Sunday after a collision between two cable cars, which resulted in the suspension of operations. About 70 people were trapped in cabinets along the cable car.
Three people were killed, including a man who fell and was rescued while trying to board a helicopter.
On Tuesday, a Jhasugari woman in Deoghar collapsed while being airlifted to a helicopter during a rescue operation. Shortly afterward, he died of his injuries .
