Hyderabad civil court stays Ekta Kapoor’s reality show lock Upp ;gave orders to Ekta Kapoor, Alt Balaji, MX player, and Endemol shine
Hyderabad civil court passes a restraining order on the reality show, Ekta Kapoor. The petition says that the civil court has granted them with ‘Grand of injunction’. The order was delivered to them but yet they continued airing the show online by violating the Hyderabad court’s order.
The petitioner counselor Jagdishwar Rao says that they are not complying with the order of the court, violating the order. It was also argued by the pride media sanorbag Baig at the concept of ‘The jail’ belonged to him, the construction the jail delayed because of lockdown and covid conditions in the country.There was also a script to put down 22 celebrities’ together in the jail for 100 days, which was stolen .He shared his idea with Abhishek Rege of endomol shine And Abhishek cheated on him.
Lock up has been accused of copyright infringement
On April 13 the petition was presented to the supreme which got rejected and the court suggested it go to the lower court. Regarding this matter later the court said that the show is already produced by Alt Balaji and is already on air and a lot of money is spent on marketing too. Considering convivence the matter is in their favor.
Until this concern the party concerned is temporarily restrained from preforming particular type of task. The petitioner is accusing them on violating the orders of court despite of restrained orders.
