New DelHI: PM Modi today purchased the first ticket of the “Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya” as he unveiled a new museum dedicated to 14 Prime Ministers of the country.
PM Modi has already bought tickets while riding the Metro in various cities. He has been making digital payments.
The museum discusses the story of former Premiers and how they led the nation to various challenges, according to officials. While on the tour, it also provides a glimpse of the history of India, from the liberation struggle.
The aim was to respect the contributions of all prime ministers in an impartial manner, officials said.
“The 14-member Indian premier museum was built to raise awareness of these leaders. It honors the contribution of all prime ministers regardless of their ideology or tenure,” officials were quoted as saying by PTI news agency.
The museum exhibits the life and donations of the country’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, and the number of gifts he received from around the world for the first time.
The design of the museum building is inspired by the growing story of India, built and shaped by the hands of its leaders. The logo of the building represents the hands of the Indian people holding the “chakra”, symbolizing the nation and democracy.
Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, in an effort to present information in a simple and interesting way, uses hologram, realistic, realistic unpopular reality we see, multi-touch, multi-media, interactive kiosks, computer-generated kinetic images, smartphone apps, interactive screens and and the inclusion of experience.
PM Modi said the museum was dedicated to Prime Ministers since independence.
